Sandeep is a highly motivated and hands-on businessperson of Indian origin, residing with his family in Auckland. Over the past 27 years he has been in New Zealand, he has successfully established and managed various businesses across diverse sectors such as Food, Dairy, International Trade, and Hospitality.

With a deep understanding of each venture he undertakes, Sandeep possesses a unique ability to adapt and run businesses with an open mind. This attribute has been instrumental in his accomplishments within the multicultural environment of New Zealand. His leadership style is insightful, inspiring action and fostering personal excellence among his colleagues and team members.

Sandeep holds a Master's Degree in Commerce with Honors, which he earned in India. Alongside his business endeavours, he actively contributes to the growing Indian community in New Zealand. Serving as a trustee and board member for charitable and social organisations, Sandeep actively participates in enhancing the welfare of the community.

Sunny is a successful businessperson and community leader who has worked with and for the dairy sector for over a decade. As the proprietor of Auckland’s iconic Shakespeare Hotel & Brewery, he understands cost inputs, staffing pressure and security.

Sunny is a persistent advocate. In his role as chairperson of the Dairy and Business Owners Group and president of the Crime Prevention Group, he represents thousands of small businesses across New Zealand. He has been instrumental in holding the government to account on various topics, such as law and order and supermarket sector reforms.

Sunny has made multiple submissions and appearances before various select committees, including the Three Strike Repeal Bill, Youth Crime Trends, the Smokefree 2025 legislation, and the supermarket duopoly.

Mohan Panjwani brings over 15 years of invaluable experience in sales, management, and customer service within the FMCG industry to his role as Business Development Manager. Renowned for his exceptional sales acumen, Mohan has garnered immense success and earned a distinguished reputation in the market. His leadership style, characterized by leading by example, fosters a culture of excellence and ownership among his team, consistently delivering world-class experiences for clients.
